1. Fuel Cost Savings and Fuel Conservation
The boiler with the hightset guaranteed fuel-to-osteam efficiency* will burn least amount of fuel for the same output. You pay your fuel bills based on the fuel-to-steam efficiency of your boiler!

*Fuel Heating Valves:Natural Gas - 1,000 BTU/Cu.Ft.
#2 Oil - 140,000 BTU/Gal.
#5&6 Oil - 150,000 BTU/Gal.
*Fuel-to-Steam Efficiency includes an allowance for Radiation and Convection boiler heat losses from the Unit to the boiler room
2. Extremely low noise levels
An outstanding feature of the CB is its unusually Quiet operation. Fan noise is often a problem with mechanical equipment --- not so with Cleaver-Brooks. the exclusive CB caseless fan design draws combustion air into the large plenum chamber of the front head, which confines and deadens fan and air noise. At peak loads, the CB more than meets the low sound levels required for schools, hospitals and institutions. Air inlet is accoustically lined.
